The Tuscan-style Bellasera is located in the heart of Naples and presents a range of 100 suites, comprising studios, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom suites. All rooms feature balcony or patio, the suites providing the additional comfort of a fully equipped kitchenette and seating for up to six. The Mediterranean theme continues at ‘Zizi’ restaurant and lounge, where an Italian-inspired menu is complemented by a selection of beers, wines and cocktails.
An outdoor pool and 24-hour fitness centre will satisfy the thirst for exercise, and when it’s time to venture out, a 15-minute walk will take you to the closest beach, whilst a complimentary shuttle service will ferry Bellasera’s guests to nearby shops, restaurants and malls.
In the heart of Naples, the Naples Bay Resort is set within delightful grounds alongside a full-service marina. Each of the spacious 87 guest rooms offers a balcony that overlooks the serene waterways, with the option of 1 and 2-bedoom suites, each with full kitchen, offering extra space for families. On-site dining options range from traditional, southern-style food to a casual coffee shop, and the ‘Bonefish Grill’, where a pre-dinner cocktail or glass of wine will set you up for dinner. Swimming pools, spa, tennis, a lazy river, kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding are just some of the daytime activities on hand, and when it’s time for the beach, a short drive away are some of Naples’ most favoured spots.
This outstanding resort hotel enjoys a wonderful beachfront location, basking on the peninsula of Marco Island, about 15 miles from Naples. The resort’s recent massive renovation has seen it introduce a Balinese theme, elevating the accommodation and facilities to even greater heights. Each of the 726 casually elegant guest rooms has its own balcony and has been equipped with every amenity you could wish for, including coffee-maker, fridge and iron/ironing board.
No less than 10 restaurants include the Caribbean-themed ‘Quinn’s on the Beach’, steaks and seafood at ‘Ario’, and ‘Korals’ for sushi and cocktails in the lobby. There are no end of outdoor activities, including three pools – one with children’s waterslide – two 18-hole golf courses, children’s club, beach volleyball, full-service spa and out on the water, dolphin watching tours.
If you’re looking for an all-round Florida resort experience, we don’t think you can do much better than the Naples Grande Beach. Nestling within a large mangrove forest, the hotel optimises its beachfront location, with each of the 474 rooms featuring a private balcony that affords views towards the Gulf or directly over the coastline. When the hunger pangs approach, one of seven restaurant, café and lounge options will tempt the palate with anything from seafood to steaks, from Greek specialities to locally sourced cuisine. For your daytime leisure, with three swimming pools, a waterslide, children’s club, 24-hour fitness room, tennis and a boardwalk over to the 3-mile stretch of white sandy beach, you can see why we think this is definitely one for the family!
