Balance Due Date

Applicable to: all bookings departing on or before 31/12/20
Balance due date - reverting back to 10 weeks (from 8 weeks) before departure
To assist our travel partners during the Covid-19 crisis we reduced our balance due dates over the past two months. However, based on the positive news regarding airlines recommencing flights in the near future, we are reverting to the original balance due date of 10 weeks before departure as shown on our invoice at the time of booking.
Based on a balance due of 10 weeks prior, balances for bookings departing on or after Friday 14th August would now be due. However to give you the opportunity to contact customers, will not be implementing this until Friday 12th June.
Please note that if we have not received the balance by the due date, our system will auto cancel the booking and any monies paid will be forfeited in accordance with a normal terms and conditions.
However, should this occur, customers may apply for a Travel Credit Note (not a Refund Credit Note) for the value of the funds that we have received. This can be used to book another USAirtours holiday through your agency when we will issue a new ATOL certificate
Flexible Booking Policy
We appreciate that in the current crisis, some customers may be reluctant to pay their booking balance and we are able to offer the following two options for customers travelling up until 31st December 2020:
Opening Times - Sales Team
Monday - Friday : 10:00 - 17:00
Saturday : 09:00 - 17:00
Opening Times - After Sales Team
Monday - Friday : 09:00 - 17:30
Saturday : 0900 - 13:00
Sunday : Closed
