USAIRTOURS FLEXIBLE BOOKING POLICY

Flexible Booking Update
All existing and new bookings can take advantage of our popular Flexible Booking policy. This will allow your client the option to rebook their holiday to a later with no admin fees.
For customers who have already booked to travel on or before 31/03/21 and wish to postpone their travel, but are not yet ready to rebook, USAirtours will issue a Travel Credit for the amount received, subject to the following conditions:
To receive the Travel Credit, the lead customer on the booking must request this through our website www.usairtours.co.uk/rebooking.
The Travel Credit will be equal to the amount received by USAirtours.
The Travel Credit may only be used to book a USAirtours holiday through the same travel agency used for the original booking.
The new holiday must be for the same or greater value than the original holiday booked.
Any outstanding balance will be due 10 weeks before the new departure date (unless a cruise is also booked when the balance will be due 15 weeks before departure).
A Travel Credit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
A new ATOL Certificate will be issued as soon as re-booking has been completed.
